In addition to the many amenities you'll find inside, your family and friends will also have access to a shared hot tub, pool, game room, and fitness center. Inside, test out your culinary skills in the fully-equipped kitchen - loaded with all the stainless steel appliances and cookware you'll need. Serve your creations at the spacious dining table or over the breakfast bar. Follow your meal with a relaxing movie night in front of the living room's fireplace. The unit does not have air conditioning.

When it is time to hit the hay, the bedrooms are equally comfortable and the sofa bed in the living room extends the sleeping arrangements.

Nearby, you'll be just steps from the Snowflake Lift and just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with shops, restaurants, and lots of family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, a dog park, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers.

Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location is excellent. We were far from the ski in area at the end of day and they sent the Blue Sky Bus in two minutes. The unit was very clean and we loved having a residents locker room on site.

Fantastic Location and Kids had a great time

Loved the property and condo. our only issues were difficulties with the entry key. Should maybe move to a different key system, like using your phone to open the door. Also, could have used a little tin foil or saran wrap. Otherwise, clean and nice property

There was plenty of room for two adults and two children. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Everything was clean and comfortable! The building facilities and parking were also very clean and convenient.

Nice, spacious 2 bedroom with excellent amenities. Easy walking distance to town while being a ski in/out location. The resort staff provide great service and the small, cozy CU Tavern is a bonus for a drink and food after a great day of skiing.

Nice Property and location but a few things are lacking

Nice villa w/ shared game room, pool, & hot tub, close to town A really nice property with the pool, arcade, gym and close proximity to town. We have stayed there several times. I think since Vacasa took it over it has become overpriced and is being underserved. Our family stayed in two different units and the BEDS ARE TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. Every single one of them. We did not get daily maid service, only 1 bathroom in one of our units had a hair dryer and it did not work. I called for a new one and they said they would bring 2 up in 10 minutes. They never arrived. I had to specifically ask a housekeeper the next day for a hair dryer and she got me one. There is supposed to be 24 hour front desk service but twice when we tried to reach them they were not available. The fees really are pretty expensive and we are wondering what you get for them. Steps from lift, amazing mattresses

Our family of 5 stayed for 4 days in this condo. The features we really liked was how close (10!steps) to the bottom of snowflake lift. Liked the ski and boot storage area. Liked the quality of the mattresses. Liked how big the 3 hot tubs were. Liked how helpful the front desk was. Liked how close (3/10th of a mile) we were to Main Street. Dislikes: not many, but one was that snowflake trail does get flat on the way down to the condo, so hard for boarders to get back home.

Amazing!!

We loved the layout of this specific location. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Breckenridge. Plenty of space and very clean. The pool was great as well an the game room. The parking garage is a bit of a mess with people with extra large vehicles. The location is great to be able to walk to downtown.

Amazing location and property

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. It was steps from our favorite hiking trail (and a ski lift in the Winter), and walking distance from main street. The condo was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Parking spot is very close to the unit, and we had full access to the outdoor grills, pool and hot tub. The balcony is smaller than some other units and has a limited view, but we still really enjoyed sitting out there at all times of the day.

Great location and walkable to town

Pros: clean and relatively new, short walk to town, assigned parking spot, large pool with multiple hot tubs Cons: patio left some to be desired as most of the patio is tucked back into an enclosed area with only a 3-4ft gap opening (photo in listing is a bit misleading as it is taken from the patio looking at the neighboring condo’s large patio). The condo faces south, so the view of mountains is progressively getting blocked by trees that are growing taller. You also face Kong’s Crown road, so there can be some road/car noise.
