Executive Custom Log Lodge on Little Round Lake

Custom built 7,500 sq feet Wilderness Log home with 6+ bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Beautiful views of Little Round Lake, secluded and private with boat access to energetic Round Lake with bars and restaurants.

The perfect entertaining lodge. Double Ovens makes entertaining for large groups easy and efficient, with access to an enormous deck and screen porch. Oh, and the custom log bar in the basement, well there is not better place to soak in the Northwood's while indoors with great views of the lake. Enjoy the custom log shuffleboard and log poker table, or just sit back and enjoy the (very) good life.

All rooms are over-sized and offer top of the line furnishings and finishes. You really must see this property to truly appreciate its beauty and grandness.

Great for family gatherings, corporate retreats and just a reunion of friends.

Multiple restaurants and bars are accessible by boat on Round Lake, even a marina with gas to refill so you can spend all day on the water! You do have to go under the bridge to get to Round Lake, which can be a tight fit, but not far at all. We have a newer 22' pontoon boat that is available for rent as well. If the water is really high, there is a chance you might not fit, but this has not happened to us over the last 5 years.

Off the water, there is a winery and casino (age 18+) within 5 miles. There is also mini golf, go carts, log rolling and much, much more to explore!

We also have 3 kayaks (1 is a double person) and a paddle boat that are included with your rental. And again, we have to mention that we have a brand new pontoon also available for an additional charge.

In summary, Custom built Wilderness Log Home features 6 BR, 4 BA, stately family room, gourmet kitchen with island and double ovens, full log interior and accents, master suite with Jacuzzi tub, 2 laundry rooms & fully finished walkout lower level. Max guests - 16 and offers a perfect retreat for entertaining. Attached 2 car & detached 2 car garages. Tranquil setting on a quiet lake but also offers access via boat to popular Round Lake.

Gorgeous view of the lake! We spent a lot of time on the beautiful deck admiring the view.House was so beautiful. The host provided everything we needed. The ping pong table and shuffle board table were a huge hit!

An excellent place for our family. We enjoyed the many areas for our family to play board games, card games and plenty of places for quiet time for our group. The extra fridge space was a luxury for our family meals. Our group enjoyed the outdoor decks and fire pit! Everything was as expected or better.

Pleasant week on Little Round Lake

The cabin was spacious. The front yard was a good place for the children to run and play. Nice seating around the fire pit. We enjoyed using the pontoon and had a good time fishing. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great place to stay. Loved Round Lake and Little Round Lake. Get the pontoon with the house, it makes it so much easier and is much less expensive than the marina rentals. Plenty of cooking space, sleeping space, and especially gathering space. Swimming by the dock is not great so we got a Lilly pad to use in deeper, less weedy waters. Enjoyed our week and now we have to go back home.

Fall Break Get-away

We have owned some beautiful vacation rentals around the state of Wisconsin. Our first was on the river near the Wisconsin Dells. Beautiful log home, but didn't have the Northwood's atmosphere. So we sold and purchased 1 on Big St Germain Lake near Minocqua. It rented out so well, that we could never go ourselves, so we bought another on Razorback Lake and then the Willow Flowage. All were beautiful places that we loved, but owning/managing 3 vacation rentals was too much for us to handle, so we sold them all and started looking four our DREAM Cabin. We have 5 kids, and 1 grandbaby, so we wanted something with plenty of space for all of us and our friends, with beautiful lake views and quality finishes. We really believe we found it here, with the Round Lake Grand Lodge!
