Wonderful place to get away from it all

Beautiful location, fabulous scenery - a wonderful place to go relax and take things easy and enjoy the peace and quiet. The accommodation had all that we needed, and more, and in a truly unique house. And the owners did everything possible to make it a break to remember.

Absolutely wonderful!

I traveled solo for this trip that was important for several personal reasons. The property manager could not have been more accommodating and responsive to my particular situation. The property is absolutely perfect. It is not a fancy resort or spa with amenities or dining, if that’s what you’re looking for. It is meant for pure relaxation in one of the most beautiful spots on the Chesapeake. Absolutely stunning views and the property is immaculately maintained. It is not modern, but in wonderful condition, and has so many unique touches from days gone by. From a clawfoot bathtub, to a beautiful, screened in porch over the Chesapeake, to plenty of Adirondack chairs to just sit by the bay and soak in the beauty. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. I would absolutely recommend without reservation for an adult getaway of pure bliss. The surrounding town is beautiful and provides lots of great walking sights. Several marinas are in town also. Absolutely loved it! 💕
