Cozy Chalet & Dog Friendly!

Newly remodeled chalet with all the amenities you desire to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The Chalet is tastefully decorated to suit every style of guest.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, updated appliances and lighting to help make entertaining easy and effortless.

*1 main king size bedroom is down stairs adjacent to the living room. There is also a full bathroom downstairs with a shower/jetted tub.
*2 bedrooms up stairs: one with a full size bed, the other with 2 twin beds.
* 1 full bath upstairs with shower/tub
*Huge bonus loft, perfect for teenagers to escape to. Floor sleeping is an option for kids in the loft, but you must be bring your own bedding.

Each bedroom/loft is furnished with internet TV, clean linen and comfy beds (loft does not include bedding or linen).
The living room has a sectional couch, cozy chairs, and internet TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots pans, silverware, etc.

OCCUPANCY IS 6 PEOPLE. The owner of the property will consider an additional 2 children with approval, but renter should understand there is only enough beds to sleep 6. Floor sleeping is an option in the loft, but must bring own linen/bedding. El Dorado County is VERY strict on occupancy and there is no room for exceptions. Heavy fines will be placed on the renter by El Dorado County if over occupancy

2 remodeled decks can serve as extra entertaining space. Equipped with patio furniture(seasonal) and a propane BBQ.

A large and fully fenced back yard is perfect for our dog guests. Plenty of room to run and sniff! We do have a 3 dog max. Additional dogs will incur an additional fee.

We take pride in providing a clean and quiet renting experience. The chalet is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded with both rentals and permanent residents. Loud parties and music are absolutely not allowed. We also do not allow large group gatherings. El Dorado Sheriff will give citations in upwards of $1,000 to the renter if called to the property during quiet hours from 10pm-8am

Property is off of Pioneer Trail and within driving distance to all the popular attractions that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. A quick 15 drive to the ski resorts and downtown! Our guests love downtown, but they always love coming back to relax in our quiet neighborhood.
