Cozy and comfortable one bedroom basement suite. Newly renovated suite located in quiet area on an acre. Spacious well stocked kitchen with huge island. Four post queen bed with down duvet and hand made quilt. Sit back and relax in the reclining chairs or stretch out on the sofa. Fully equipped bathroom with deep soaker tub and shower. Washer and dryer included. Enjoy the outdoors in the private covered patio with a porch swing, outdoor dining and BBQ. Enjoy the view of the pastures and mountains in the distance. Suite is located a short bike ride or drive to the Okanagan Rail Trailhead and Kalamalka Lake beach.

Please note: there are stairs to access the suite this is not suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

Nice suite in a great location

We enjoyed the suite which was just as advertised. The people upstairs were very considerate and quiet. The location was peaceful and we enjoyed watching the chickens and ducks as we dined outside.

Spacious suite in Vernon

A fabulous stay in Vernon for a family wedding. The suite was spacious, spotless, and very well appointed. The farmhouse chic decor was well suited to the wonderful view of farms in the valley. Comfortable, quiet, and private. The hosts were immediately available when needed.

We had a lovely stay. So easy to check in. The space was spotless and the kitchen was so well stocked. I loved the extra thoughtful touches, such as the milk/cream for coffee and tea and the Cobbs goodies. I definitely would stay again.

Great Location

We were greeted with a beautiful vase of flowers and a sweet treat from Cobbs. I loved the chickens, ducks and friendly cat. Very close to town and in a pretty country neighborhood.

Great basement suite

We had a lovely stay at this property. The basement suite has everything you would need for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen. The owners were friendly and accommodating, and there were fresh florals and some treats upon arrival. The only negative is you can hear the family upstairs during your stay. We didn’t mind, but if you’re looking for somewhere completely quiet/isolated then this might not be the place for you. It was located on a beautiful property with some cute chickens and ducks. We had a great stay! :)

Perfect Location

The facilities were as described. A beautiful bouquet of tulips were in a vase welcoming us. The host also left some fresh danish pastries. Bed is comfortable, the facility location was perfect for us to visit our children and grandchildren.

Beautiful and Super Comfortable

This unit is in a great location with beautiful views. It is tastefully decorated with so much space. The rooms are all gorgeous and the kitchen is fantastic. All the amenities are in this suite. We will definitely stay here again.

Basement suite in Vernon on an acre of land

Basement was clean, comfy, and very welcoming. Loved being able to BBQ and sit on the swing outside. Close to the beach and town centre. Not far to Okanagan Rail Trail which was very nice. Loved all the various chickens and ducks with all of their unique colours and names! Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely go back!

Best getaway ever

I will never stay at a hotel again. This will be the place we will stay. The pictures don't give them enough credit. This place is beyond beautiful and designed beautifully. Everyone was so nice. They have a tiny little farm with ducks, chickens, and roasters. We watched these little guys for hours. They had the cutest little cookies. We had fresh farm eggs. They were so nice and knew it was our first vacation in years. They had a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board waiting for us. It was such an amazing trip that we are now engaged. I will never forget this place. They have everything you would ever need. If you forgot it they have it. You have everything possible to cook with. I can't say enough good things. Loved it, and more of it!!!!!

Location, Location!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Check-in was simple and the suite was immaculate and very comfortable. All the necessary things to make our stay comfortable were there. Even fresh biscuits and flowers on the counter when we walked in. The couple upstairs are very friendly and we enjoyed the assortment of chickens, roosters and ducks. We will definitely be staying again when we go to Vernon.
