Great Mountain Escape

Layout was perfect for multiple families with kids. Ski out was easy, ski in is a little more difficult with kids (long stretches of flat trails). Love our stay, we will be back!

Great ski vacation

Our group of 5 couples had the best time. Plenty of room and every amenity you can think of. Only thing to report: ski out is super easy. Ski in is an intense cardiovascular workout. But nonetheless, we loved it!!

If you like the log cabin aesthetic, this is the place for you! Lovely Mountain View; great for kids

We enjoyed our 4-night stay in this cabin! The downstairs was the perfect oasis for kids, with a spacious and comfortable bunk room, and a well-equipped game room and downstairs living area. Our kids had a blast. The location was perfect and the view of Lone Mountain was beautiful. My in-laws enjoyed the mother-in-law apartment above the garage. Unfortunately many of the screens were missing which made the house kind of stuffy the first night, but the owners sent someone to replace them first thing the next morning. I was impressed by the quick response! The house has a few maintenance issues; namely, the deck is a little worn and needs some work, the under-cabinet and stove lights in the kitchen need to be replaced, blinds in the bunk room downstairs were broken , and there were no instructions for the outdoor gas fire pit. These are all minor things, though, and wouldn’t keep us from coming again! We love Big Sky and we greatly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Beautiful ski in/ out home

We absolutely loved this home. There were 10 of us in our group and we had plenty of space. The downstairs family room with TV and pool table was enjoyed by everyone while upstairs people could be enjoying a more peaceful setting by the wood burning stove. The kitchen had every single type of kitchen tool a cook would ever want from a coffee bean grinder, keurig, regular coffee maker, crock pots, air fryer and many pots and pans all all in excellent condition! We have rented homes through VRBO for many years and we received the best service/ response from this one. They even offered to help us when we realized we had a 2 wheel drive vehicle and it had snowed. The property manager quickly came with extra salt to get the car up the driveway. The concierge team helped us get a dinner reservation and gave us names for personal chefs and in house massage therapist which we enjoyed after a long day of skiing. Our only slightly negative comment would be the schlep back to the house after skiing. It’s definitely doable but there are some flat areas where you will enjoy a cardio workout. The skiing out of the property is very simple and easy for all level skiers. We would love to rent this home again!

Great location and amazing accomodations!

We loved the property which had 2 great gathering rooms for our large party of 12. Having the garage area for our ski gear was a great plus and the foyer was well-used to drop coats and shoes. If you are adventurous ski in/ski out is an option and if not, it's a 5 min drive to the mountain. Loved the resort!

Six nights with 13 of us.

We were in the property after Christmas. It was a very cold week but the home was excellent. I was especially grateful that the two car garage was open for us. This enabled us to keep the vehicles warm and free of snow. I also appreciated the boot warmers! The home is well laid out, very well equipped and very comfortable for a winter vacation. It is located close to the Big Sky resort area but the ski-in/ski-out is not so easy.

Family Get Away

The place was great. Plenty of room , great location, Hot tub and fire pit was nice. The only thing that would have been nice was more outdoor seating around the fire pit and on the 2nd level back deck. The Property manager responded with in minutes any time we had a question. Overall I would stay here again in the summer or winter.

AMAZING LOCATION!!

Our family of 13 LOVED this cabin. It was a beautiful place set far enough away from everything, but close enough to not feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere. We were having issues with the heater malfunctioning and the hosts were so quick to respond and send someone to fix it. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

The cabin was absolutely perfect. We had lots of snow, so easy ski out... ski in was a real trek. So we actually shuttled our rental car to and from the base. But!! We were 4 minutes away... it was perfect💜💜

Very large, beautiful home

This home is very large and incredibly comfortable. It has a great location close to the village. Very easy to ski out to the white otter lift and then down to the base. You can ski in as well but it is pretty flat so plan on a lot of poling in order to get there. We'd definitely stay here again!
