• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• You must also provide a copy of your drivers license and sign our rental agreement in order to book.
• Please note that some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Feel free to reach out to us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
• Local Attractions and Dining: Myrtle Beach offers a variety of dining options such as The Sea Captain's House and Pier 14.
