Bartlett By The Park - Emplacement et confort Promotions de dernière minute

La maison est une maison de ville moderne de deux étages, meublée avec goût. Cette maison accueillante et bien équipée dispose d'un salon / salle à manger / cuisine lumineux et décloisonné avec une bonne circulation intérieure / extérieure, ce qui est superbe pour sortir du tumulte de la ville.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée - en supposant que vous puissiez résister aux nombreux restaurants locaux (facilement accessibles à pied). Lors des chaudes soirées d'été, vous pourrez vous détendre sur la terrasse ou faire un barbecue dans le jardin.

Les trois chambres sont à l'étage: -

* La chambre principale (lit queen) a un dressing et une salle de bains
* La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et un canapé-lit simple confortable
* Il y a un lit simple dans la troisième chambre. (plus un canapé-lit simple)

La salle de bain principale avec douche dans la baignoire est à cet étage.

Le stationnement est disponible dans la rue ou dans le garage accessible depuis la maison. Le garage dispose également d'un lave-linge / sèche-linge / fer à repasser.

Nous avons eu des retours très positifs des vacanciers et des hommes d’affaires.

Quelle que soit la raison de votre venue à Christchurch, Bartlett By The Park est une maison accueillante dans un lieu fantastique.

* Vous pouvez vous promener ou faire du vélo dans le magnifique Hagley Park
* 10 minutes à pied vous mèneront au centre de Riccarton avec son centre commercial, ses cinémas et ses restaurants (pour tous les goûts et toutes les bourses)
* L'aéroport est à 15 minutes en voiture (national, international, centre antarctique).
* Si vous aimez le ski, une heure et demie de route vous y mènera
* La ville fabuleusement pittoresque d'Akaroa et la station thermale de Hanmer Springs sont facilement accessibles pour une excursion d'une journée.
* Pratique pour l'université et l'hôpital

Il convient de noter que la rue Bartlett est une rue très calme et nous demandons à tous nos clients de respecter nos voisins.

Nous avons eu d’excellentes réactions de la part d’invités précédents et la plupart de nos réservations proviennent de clients assidus.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay here in Christchurch. Spacious and welcoming unit with everything we needed. Very close to many restaurants and just a short drive from local activities.

Bartlett by the park stay

Host is great, very accommodating and friendly. Cool location walked across Hagley park to central CHCH bars and shops in about 15mins. If you don't want to be in the central city this is a good spot close by but a bit quieter than a hotel stay.

Great Location and Host

Great for kids, our sweet host thought of everything and was extremely accommodating. She even made special arrangements for my young children to sleep. Tons of toys for the kids to play with and there are even bikes for the adults! We had a great time here.

Comfortable house and great location

This is a wonderful comfortable house for a family of 4. We felt at home. We were greeted with cookies and our host made sure we were checked in personally. The location is ideal! Walking distance to great restaurants and Hagley park. I highly recommend it for a family of 4. Thank you for a great stay!

When we entered, the flowers were lovely and welcoming. It's in a terrific location - the park, gardens, museums, city center and many restaurants were all within walking distance . The cookies ready to bake were a nice touch. The bed in the second bedroom could use a new bed.

I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay, the location and the extra touches. I am sorry that the bed did not suit you. We have high quality New Zealand made beds and frequently get great feedback on how comfortable they are. However, we do realise that personal preference for beds is quite subjective.

Winter Get Away to see Family

I recommend tis property as it is very well equipped, including bikes & varoius activities for children. We arrived on a very cold Winters Day from Queensland & our host had the house lovely & warm for our arrival. The house was is a great house during winter as it is extremely cosy & warm. The gingerbread men ready to bake in the oven was a lovely touch.

Good Location to access Hagley Park

The house was clean and well supplied. We could walk to Hagley Park and downtown very easily from this location. Ceiling in second bedroom was kinda of low but got used to it quickly. And we did have off street parking which was great. Our host was very accessible and easy to work with during our stay.

Family and working trip

The extra touches of hospitality were really welcome and brought a warm sense of being cared for. It is a great location with a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. The kids loved riding the bikes around hagley park, and they were kept occupied playing table tennis while we finished work and sorted dinner.

Family accommodation for daughter's wedding

This property was exactly what we needed .... my daughter was getting married at Monavale, we wanted accommodation close to the venue with enough beds and bathrooms for 6 adults. The accommodation was comfortable, with everything we needed, close to a delicious asia restaurant which I recommend and walking distance from Monavale .... Brilliant

Fantastic property in perfect location

What a fantastic house, clean, very comfy and well equipped with everything you could possibly need and perfectly situated, close to the park and also restaurants, takeaways etc. An amazing host, Joan had left milk and fruit and chocolate and even a batch of gingerbread men ready to bake. Cannot fault our stay here, it was perfect!

Comfortable and tasteful house in excellent location

This house was exactly as described. It is a well designed, well appointed and clean house with everything you need for a Christchurch holiday. Plenty of space for us and our two teenagers, and excellent location close to the central city and Hagley Park. Great communication from the host, easy check in, and freshly baked ginger bread on arrival was a lovely touch. Recommended

Terrific vacation rental

The description of this property on the "Overview" section of the internet site is very accurate. It was a fabulous stay for the 4 of us. The house is tastefully decorated, spotless and so comfortable. An information binder is provided that describes the locations of grocery stores, restaurants, city parks & attractions - all very useful. We really enjoyed walking through the nearby park on our way to various attractions. It is a beautiful area. Communication with the owner was very prompt and helpful. We wished we could have stayed longer - it was great!
