Impressionnant 2 Chambres Appartement Wellington

Un appartement vraiment bien présenté avec amplement d'espace pour deux couples ou un couple avec enfants.

Il y a des lits Queen dans chaque chambre et une salle de bain avec baignoire / douche.

Comprend Wifi / TNT.
Tous les draps / serviettes fournis. Toutes les installations de cuisine.

Nous avons accÚs au clavier afin que vous puissiez arriver à tout moment qui vous convient. Un parking facile est disponible en bas (Wilson) - il y a un supplément pour le stationnement.

- Piscine et salle de sport sur place: la piscine et la salle de sport se trouvent au niveau F du complexe de parking. La piscine appartient Ă  l’hĂŽtel et ceux-ci ont convenu que les occupants pourraient utiliser la piscine et la salle de sport Ă  condition de ne pas abuser de ce privilĂšge. La piscine n'est qu'un bassin - elle n'est pas trĂšs grande et l'Ă©quipement de la salle de gym n'est pas neuf, mais fonctionne.

- VEUILLEZ NOTER: 3 ou 4 marches mÚnent à la porte d'entrée de l'appartement. Cela peut entraßner des complications pour les personnes ùgées.

Overrated

We booked this apartment for 3 main reasons: 1. Location 2. WiFi 3. Washing machine Location was the only positive. The WiFi did not work and it can be assumed the manager knew about this. Despite several attempts to contact them / attempting to fix it, the wifi did not work at all during our stay. The washing machine was also broken. The owners also knew this before we arrived, but we were not notified. Both issues impacted our stay as we had to source wifi and a laundromat. The flooring is also paper thin so we could constantly hear people moving in the apartment upstairs.

Great location very close to everything but property very tired, badly needs a refresh. Cabinets, walls, floors all damaged it feels uncared for. Poor internet speed, dvd player had no HDMI to link to the tv so unusable only basic freeview channels available. Be aware of parking overnight in the attached parking building was over $50.00 all streets in the area are $5.00 per hour 8pm - 8am on the street is free. Couch in very poor condition, they have put a cover over it but its not good - needs replaced. I would love to leave more positive comments but I dont have any...sorry

This property is what it says it is - a two bedroom roomy apartment. It was very clean, good water pressure in the shower, comfy beds and good large living and kitchen area. Good location near to Courtney Place but far enough away not to hear bar and club noise. Large patio. Very good communication with the owners made access very easy. The only negative is that the bedrooms are internal with no natural ventilation our outside windows/light.

Property is for sale as vacant possession. Quality of residents not good as on short term lease. NO WIFI for 3 days. Complained. Received auto reply. Unsatisfactory. Photos not up to date. Black leather sofas in disgusting condition. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

Nice and central

Great location, we were able to walk everywhere. One negative - the microwave is situated above head height, behind a lift up cupboard. The stays to keep the cupboard door open failed on me 3 times - twice whilst I was taking items out of the microwave, resulting in the cupboard door crashing down on to my arm. Could have been a nasty accident with hot food, so from that point onwards we had one of us hold the cupboard door up if someone was using the microwave. Property manager has been notified

A+ Accommodation - Family loved it!

Was such a lovely apartment in excellent location - loved the contactless check-in and ability to check in/out 1 hr earlier. Plenty of great restaurants and things to do for my teens within walking distance. Beds were really comfortable and the place was so warm, inviting and cosy. Balcony was great added extra. Would definitely recommend and stay again when in Wellington. Thank you.

Overdue get away

The apartment was comfortable and well appointed and well provisioned. It is in a handy part of the city making it easy for us to get everywhere we wanted to go on foot. It was a pleasure to come back to each evening. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

I liked the location as it was central. We had a rental car and the parking was expensive and a hassle as there wasn’t a allocated parking spot for us. There wasn’t a parking concession or plan that we could purchase for apartment tenants therefore had to pay for parking by the hour. We found it also noisey, foot stomps and walking in the apartment above us.

Xmas stay in Tory Street

The apartment was neat, clean and comfortable. Reasonably well appointed - nothing missing which would be cause for a gripe. The common areas (which the body corporate rules put much emphasis on) were not up to the same standard. The arrival instructions need a bit of a tweak as there are a few errors. Definitely worth it for up to 4 pax.
