Pour les escapades de week-end, vous ne pouvez pas battre ce petit bach qui vient d'être rénové et qui contient tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour quelques nuits ou un séjour d'une semaine!

Notre maison est une propriété privée et le confort de votre propre maison a été reproduit ici.

À votre arrivée, préparez-vous à vous détendre, car tout sera pris en charge pour vous. Ce bach est tout compris avec draps, serviettes et literie supplémentaire si vous vouliez quelques extras sur des futons dans le salon.

Une courte promenade de la plage la plus proche de seulement 150 mètres et une promenade sur la colline de la ville de Paihia et la traversée en ferry de Russell.

Le bach a un espace extérieur (terrasse) et une zone gazonnée (qui sera aménagée avec le temps). Il y a aussi un parking.

Pas besoin d'emporter suffisamment de vêtements pour les longs séjours, car il y a une machine à laver dans le bach. Pour les jours pluvieux, laissez-vous tenter par une large gamme de DVD disponibles.

The holiday house was in a great spot for exploring the Bay of Islands. It was quiet, well set up and clean. I loved the deck at the back. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We didn't stay. The place smelled musty. The bed cover was lumpy, the couch uncomfortable, and the small freezer frozen over with ice and full of someone else's food. The view from the back balcony was of the neighbour's junkyard. We contacted the owner and advised him of this. We also contacted Stayz and got a refund of our booking fee. That was it.

Thank you for your comment. It was a shame that we didn't have the opportunity to discuss this situation as it occurred and the decision was made to just not stay. We checked with our external cleaners and they confirmed that the property was in a fantastically presentable state that many of our other previous guests have enjoyed. Disappointing that as a result we have experienced a 1 star rating, as the many bookings over the years continue to rate our property high. We trust however that you managed to find alternative accommodation in Paihia and enjoyed your time int he Bay of Islands.

Everything we needed (and more) was there. Was such a cute little cottage. Thank you for all the extra goodies that made our stay so good. Loved the outside area, especially the outside shower.Only one little recommendation being better fans, the ones in the unit were not effective as it was so hot while we were there.

We had everything we needed for our stay. The bach is well equipped with a fun beach vibe. It is around the corner from a beach on a quiet street and close enough to walk into town. We walked down to the beach to watch the sun come up. Would highly recommend.

Amazing little bach, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place is exactly as in the photos, clean, full of personality and has all amenities we could’ve hoped for such as a toaster and oven (although we didn’t get to use the latter). Fantastic outdoor area and the beach is only 1-2 minutes away. Town centre is a 20-25 minute walk. Thank you for the lovely stay!!

What a quirky little bach in a great location. We had everything we needed. The interior and exterior decor is great - especially the disco tiki in the kitchen. Unfortunately we couldn't leave a written message, thanking the owners for sharing the bach with us, as we had no pen.

We couldn’t have picked a better batch! Nik was the best. It had everything we needed. The back deck beamed with morning sun and a beautiful garden. My wife and I noticed how quiet the neighborhood was and the inside was so nicely laid out, well kept and warming. We intend to return to Paihia and this will be the first place we will hope to book.

Awesome spot right by the Sea

Perfect place to stay for a couple of nights , the decor and feel of the place was so cozy :) we woke up straight across the road to the beach and coffee from the coffee cart which was an added bonus :) we will be back !
