S'il s'agit de vacances en famille ou d'un engagement professionnel, cet emplacement couvre tout.
L'océan littéralement à votre porte, notre célèbre Bay and Coastal walkway tout droit et nos cafés et bars locaux ne sont qu'à quelques pas de ce fabuleux bungalow.
Supermarché et restaurants de restauration rapide une promenade à travers le parc, trop facile.
Les enfants apprécieront le grand terrain de jeux ou une partie de minigolf sur la baie. Notre nouveau centre aquatique est juste au coin de la rue, qui invite à une séance de natation / spa ou de gym.
Si vous avez de la chance, vous pouvez même apercevoir certains de nos pingouins locaux au crépuscule.

Understated “Paradise” words are not enough to do this amazing place the justice it deserves

Stunning stunning stunning As a Real Estate agent from Christchurch I have seen some amazing homes , this holiday home has got that WOW feeling , the view of the Ocean, Sunny, modern first class facilities , there was nothing we could have wanted more. Everyone will throughly enjoy their time here.

Beautiful beach bungalow

What a fantastic stay we had at this property. It has it all. The view, comfort, location, cleanliness and it really does make you feel at home. I love how much of the artwork featured is shots of Timaru. The decor was stylish with a fantastic bathroom and kitchen. The beds super comfy. The neighbor hood was so lovely and quiet it was a joy to sit out side listening to the waves. Would highly recommend staying at this property. The owners were great to deal with should you need anything, but they pretty much have all the bases covered already.

Relaxing by the sea.

Perfect location overlooking the ocean. Easy walk to Caroline Bay and downtown. Check in was easy with ample parking. House is cozy with everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Best place we have stayed at in Timaru, location excellent short walk to Caroline Bay and the center of town. Modern amenities, clean and cosy. Would definitely book again.

Great View Great Host

Kat was an amazing host who was more than accommodating. Bringing us extra fire wood for our fireplace and then a slow cooker down for me to cook my stew. Great location across from the water and close to major shops. Very warm, homely home

Nice trendy relaxing place with lovely views.

We enjoyed our stay nice and relaxing should note there is a train line close behind house with several trains a night passing. No close by cafe prop 20 to 30 min walk. House nice and clean and modern. Wood fire very cosy. Great shower with plenty of hot water.

Just loved our stay here

Just loved our stay here .Was so relaxing looking out on the water .The beds were so comfortable ,the house spotlessly clean with all modern conveniences.The house must be really well insulated as it was boiling hot outside but nice and cool inside. Perfect location beachside and only a few minutes drive from town. A scenic walk just across the hill down to Caroline Bay. We loved Timaru so much we have decided to return to live !
