Beautiful family bach

We loved our stay at Timiriona. The house was perfect for a family beach vacation. Comfortable, clean and fully kitted out for everyone. Great location and Waiheke is a wonderful island.

We will be back

Great location, bus stop just outside. We stayed with friends and their baby, we had a great time. Clean, everything you need, easy checking in and great communication with owner. We will definitely be back again.

Perfect!

Great house for families, with everything you need for cooking etc. only a short walk to the beach and coffee shops. Lovely ocean views. Comfortable beds. We were there on a wet, windy weekend - can only imagine how good this place would be in the summer! Would love to stay here again.

Fantastic cozy pad. Perfect location for easy access to all amenities on the island. Memorizing views out front and superb outdoor entertainment area for kids and adults out the back. Loved it.

This is a superb place to stay with friends or family. Bustop outside house so handy. The kitchen is well set up for cooking, everything we needed. Loved the expresso machine too! I would stay again. Fiona

Great place and location

Perfect for what we wanted and everything the photos and listing advertised. A slight hiccup on arrival that was easily sorted quickly which was really appreciated. Bus stops are close but suggest you should have your car as we did which made all the difference.

Waiheke holiday

Enjoyed all the children's toys and trampoline. Hiccup with shower, but quickly sorted. Did run out of toilet paper. A lovely getaway holiday, with everything supplied.

Fabulous

Excellent batch, suitable for families with the trampoline. Warm & cozy at night, great air flow for hot days. Everything provided for a comfortable stay. Big enough for entertaining too.

The house was perfect for a chill weekend away from work and reality really. The location was perfect, right in the middle of countdown and the ferry and the beach. And everything went smoothly.

Cosy winter getaway

We had an excellent 3 night stay. Lovely place with good views across the bay. Very warm and welcoming, lots for the kids to do including trampoline and board games. The gardeners were still there when we arrived but the owner called personally to apologise and they were gone in minutes. A great stay all round.

Great Bach for a relaxing getaway

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Tirimoana. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed & the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the hot afternoon sun. The sunset on our first night there was stunning! Shelly beach is a cute little beach only 1km walk away (lots of grass, so good for picnics). Definitely recommend the Asian tapas at Found Cafe in Surfdale!

5 nights at Tiimoana

A lovely home, very well appointed with everything you could need, very clean, just a great place to stay and relax. Not really close to the water but we had a car so was not a problem and it's on a bus route. Would definitely recommend it to others and would book it again if we come back to Waiheke.

Great week away in Surfdale. Perfect location if you're coming off the car ferry. This place felt like a comfortable home environment so it was a fantastic location to relax and unwind. Very little traffic or people noise outside, just the odd tui. Easy drive or walk to the local Surfdale shops or to Ostend a wee bit further away. All up a very enjoyable holiday away. Would highly recommend others to stay here too.

Beautiful Views & Great Location

This is a wonderful property! We especially enjoyed the very well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge & bedrooms, heater (!), trampoline and the views are breathtaking....not to mention the "walkability" factor to grab a coffee or a bite to eat. Highly recommend!
