A perfectly located with views over Oneroa Bay and plenty of room family!

Casa on Tawa is the perfect holiday house! It is large and sunny with plenty of room for family and friends, with great views and a 10 minute walk to Oneroa Village & a 5 minute walk to Little Oneroa beach.

The sunny north facing property overlooks Oneroa Bay, with Little Oneroa Beach just around the corner. 10 minutes walk takes you to Oneroa Village with lots of cafes and shops to explore, and Oneroa Beach as well.

The house is spread out over 2 floors. The bottom floor has a large open plan living, dining / kitchen area, with a lovely sunny north facing deck and fabulous views! It has lovely high ceilings, a well equipped kitchen, and indoor/ outdoor dining areas which makes this a great house for entertaining.

There is one bedroom on the ground floor, with an ensuite(only has a toilet). This has lovely views and opens opens onto the main deck as well. There is also a further family bathroom, and a side deck with a BBQ and outdoor dining table.

On the upper level there are 3 further bedrooms. The master bedroom has a splittable Super-King bed. Adjacent to this is a double bedroom, and these rooms share an ensuite. There is also a further guest bedroom, with a queen bed. There is also a open mezzanine style living area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good book, or just chill out watching TV on the flat screen. This upstairs area opens up onto a further large deck space.

Casa on Tawa is ideally located - wander down to the beach, walk into Oneroa or catch a bus to explore further afield. Within 15 minutes drive are dozens of wineries, plenty of fabulous beaches and cafes, as well as a 9 hole golf course.

Note: the property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings.

All bookings incur a one time linen and exit cleaning cost of $250 so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.

Great location

This was a fantastic property, our only complaint was the mould. The curtains are covered in it. It’s obviously a leaky building.

Great spot

We had an amazing stay at this property. The layout was fantastic for our group of 8. The only thing would be that to get to the 4th bedroom you have to walk through the 3rd bedroom which may not be ideal. We had 4 couples so was a little awkward, however it ended up working for us and we had a great stay :)

Fantastic house and location

This bach is excellent! Plenty of space (we were a group of 7 friends) with a fully equipped kitchen, lots of bathrooms/showers, nice garden and a wonderful location. Was lovely to see the sea, and so close to Oneroa shops, the bus and Little Oneroa Beach. The decks were great and we could get the morning sun on one and the afternoon sun on the other. Everything we needed was provided and the house was clean and very comfortable. We are all keen to return and highly recommend this house for a very enjoyable Waiheke visit.

Great location, beautiful setting and views, light and spacious, lots of nice areas for relaxing, well set up, perfect for our group of four couples. Very enjoyable stay. Only issue is lack of a proper ensuite for one of the four bedrooms, despite advertised 'four bathrooms'. Thanks for having us.

We arrived at the property with no problems. - Instructions were clear to find keys for access. House was just as we expected, wonderful views and very well appointed. Had everything needed, the fire was set ready to light. Would recommend if asked, and would stay again

Home away from home

We had a lovely short stay at Casa on Tawa. Great facilities. Fantastically well equipped kitchen. Perfectly positioned as not far to all the places we needed to go. The only issue is we had no internet as it kept cutting off. Lovely fire which we used as it was a very cold weekend. Many thanks Fleur for the early check in and late check out. Much appreciated
