Family-type guest houses located by the sea, with mountain views.

The place is calm and quiet, wonderful for rest and relaxation.
Adjacent to the ice rink and two minutes from the spa.
The houses are located 5 minutes by walk from the beach, 5 km from the resort. Albena, 7 km from the resort. Golden Sands, 10 km from Balchik, 25 km from Varna and 25 km from Varna Airport.
The room
On the first floor each house has a living room, dining area and a separate bedroom with bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms, one of which is family with bathroom,
toilet and large terrace with beautiful views of the pool.
All rooms are equipped with high-quality TVs and air conditioners.
For cold days, the living room has a modern fireplace that provides warmth and comfort.
In the yard of the houses there is a swimming pool, a playground and a barbecue.

Guests have access to all parts of the house.

Our properties are close to the beautiful beaches of the Black Sea, the city of Varna "the sea capital of Bulgaria" and also to some of our small beautiful resorts that you should definitely visit!
