Newly remodeled and boasting the best view at Hi-Tide Resort, Pelican's Perch features wraparound windows that offer panoramic views of Point Grenville to the north and the endless Pacific Ocean to the west.

The large wraparound deck provides plenty of space for outdoor dining for the entire family, or a quiet spot to savor your morning coffee or evening cocktails while soaking in the scenery. Inside, full venetian blinds give you the option to block the afternoon sun while still enjoying the breathtaking ocean views.

The kitchen window offers a spectacular view of the ocean, perfect for those moments when you want to enjoy the scenery while prepping meals. The view from the sofa, straight out of the west-facing picture window, makes you feel like you're perched right above the waves - an experience not to be missed.

In the living room of you'll find a ceiling fan to keep things comfortable, a sleeper sofa, and a plush recliner. The soaring ceiling creates a bright and open atmosphere, enhancing the sense of space.

A couple of ottomans are perfect for setting up a board game with the kids or a puzzle for the whole family. A Bluetooth stereo system allows you to stream your favorite music and, if you're in the mood for favorite night, the flat-screen TV is ready, too.

The kitchen is equipped with a Jenn-Air range, complete with griddle and grill - perfect for achieving deep sear marks on steaks when you prefer to cook indoors. When it's time to rest, there's a comfortable queen bed with a cozy dressing nook with lighted mirror in the primary bedroom, while the second bedroom includes a double over twin bunk bed. The heated bathroom features a tub and shower combination, along with plenty of plush linens for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Booking one of our properties in Moclips? In this little community, you'll find an array of seaside activities for you, your friends and family to venture into.

Fly a kite in a contest, build a sand sculpture or go sea kayaking. There are numerous nearby state parks that are perfect for hiking, surfing or just an afternoon stroll along the beach.

During the spring and summer, you'll be able to bird watch or go crabbing. If it's warm enough, take a surfing lesson or go fishing so you can catch something for dinner later!

Visiting us during the colder months is perfectly okay, too. There are beachside restaurants and museums between Moclips and Ocean Shores that will keep you busy while still being able to enjoy those stunning views.

We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.

MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.
