Bad news

The unit is very dated. No AC, they provide the oldest junkiest fans. Super dark, no overhead lighting at all. The lining around bathtubs is peeling off. In serious need of an update. VACASA is not accommodating whatsoever if you happen to run into any issues with your stay.

Great unit! Perfect location and size for us and our two teenage boys. Cute patio and grassy area with a bbq. Love the pool and hot tub right above the river. Everything was well equipped and clean, but the carpet is in desperate need of being replaced.

This was great location. Conveniently located within walking distance to gondola even with a 2 year old and 5 year old. We had a great time skiing and riding the shuttle around Vail. The beds are very comfortable. Only disappointment was that the pullout couch was not in working order so it may the kids sleeping arrangement a little harder. We used the hot tubs and pools almost daily. There were 4 robes in the closets for adults and walking across the street to get to the main pool was no big deal. The water heater is set dangerously high. My kids cried a few times when it was turned on but luckily did not end up with any serious burns. The kitchen is lacking in supplies for family cooking. There was 1 small skillet and griddle. We made it work with the various dishes and pots and lots of aluminum foil. There are also only glass cups so plan ahead for kids as well.

Disappointed

I been staying at lionsquare lodge with my family 3 to 5 time every ski season always on the south building this was my first time on the north building that unit has no privacy at all no only that I was unable to sleep people walking on the hallway at all times at night also headboard on the bed completely loosen never again I will stay on that side of the hotel, FYI I love the property and the staff with the exceptions on few of the girls from desk always giving wrong info best employee there is nicholas

Comfortable as always

It’s been our 3rd stay at this condo. Being just 3, we had plenty of space for everyone, even with the Murphy bed open. Full kitchen with coffee/tea, bathroom amenities, nearby laundry and garage, ski valet, short walk to gondola and Lionsquare village are the highlights that make us return. Downside: Hot tub on North building not so nice. Overall, everything we need for a relaxing ski vacation

Great Property.. and very foomy

Great Property and Roomy. Had quiet weekend in Vail, and close to shopping, restaurants, and hwy access. Loved the kitchen and bed! Only criticism is the TV remote is worthless. Way too complicated to find access to cable and local TV chnnels. No fault of Lion Square, its an Ifinity issue. Gave up trying to use it and watched programing on ipad Hulu.

Great location and Clean! Love it!!

We had a great time at this very nice condo! It is a short walk to the gondola and Lion's Head Village. The laundry room, fitness area and hot tub are conveniently located to this unit. The kitchen is a little under stocked for our cooking needs, but we made do. The cleaning staff were there every morning to make the beds and tidy up. Coming back to a cleaned up kitchen later in the day was such a pleasure. The master bedroom mattress was way too soft for our liking. We both sunk into our pits every night and made for back aches in the am. Perhaps this is a personal preference, but that was the only drawback to this condo. The front desk staff are very accommodating and paid for postage for out going mail for me one day. We had great snow and wonderful memories!!

Reviewed numerous condos. and really wanted a condo. truly within a short walk of the ski lifts. This one fit the bill and was perfect (minus the snow which did not appear) for our short stay and was well maintained and staff was a great. Would highly recommend.

Great property and great location!

Spent a few days over the summer with our kids and had so much fun. So many activities in vail over the summer that a few days just aren't enough. Will come back again to spend more time.
