Cosy suite in the north

A modern basement suite that will fit all the basic needs for short term stays. It's nice, relaxing and quiet after 7:30 pm as we have 2 little girls that go to bed around that time. We are aware they make noise during the day but we try to keep it to a minimum, especially in the early evenings and mornings. There are 2 parking spots in the back alley for your convenience. The entrance is located in the back of our suite, with a pathway leading to the alleyway and parking spaces. We have our house number posted on the fence leading to the path to make it easier to find. Located close to downtown for all your shopping and amenity needs. Our place is also about a 4 minute walk to the hospital. We have a washer and dryer, dishwasher, bathtub, and basic condiments in the kitchen including coffee creamer, coffee, tea, honey, sugar, jam, and peanut butter to help make your stay easier.
