If you are attending the Salt Lake City conference center, this is a great location. Clean place and relaxing. Open bedroom concept so be aware if staying with work associates. But highly recommended

Work conference
I was across the street from my conference location. Safe and easy area to navigate. Plenty of eating shopping options. I had rental car and a space was provided to park. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had. The decor and location were just as described in the listing. Nice view too. I opened the garage door once and enjoyed the open air feel.

This is not a two bedroom unit. There are two bed spaces and it’s called an open bedroom concept but don’t expect privacy. I traveled for conference with a colleague, it’s not what we expected. After contacting management, I was told that I should have gathered that from pictures. But this is not how the unit was described, and it was advertised two bedrooms.

While we do include a note in the listing description clarifying that the "bedrooms are not fully enclosed" and are open to common areas, we regret that this detail was not sufficiently clear to prevent your disappointment. The property was beautiful, great location. However it is extremely noisy into the night with a small concert venue two doors down. Though we received full instructions on the check-in process, they were incorrect. First we were never told we needed a fob to get in building. We did not have car. After realizing we needed one for the building we went to garage according to instructions. We located the lockboxes with fobs and had combination. Our lockbox was not there. Fortunately the management company was quick to communicate though we were going to have wait for maintenance. While waiting, others let us in the building and we were able to access our unit. We discovered our lockbox containing fob hanging from a light from by our unit door. Well if we need the fob to get into building it doesn’t do any good to have it by door inside. The management company was very apologetic and agreed this was not a good setup. I would recommend this condo despite a few challenges.

We absolutely loved the condo itself. It was mostly well stocked, and clean. The lower rating was because their check in instructions were not correct, they failed to process my early check in (even though I verified and requested follow up), and when I tried to get ahold of someone to get it fixed I had to chat with AI online. When AI had no answers, it said it would have the local hosts give me a call. No one called. At all. The only reason I was able to access the room is because another tenant let me in. Th access key was not in a lock box by the garage door, it was hanging from a light by the unit door. You cant get into the building to get the lockbox key without a key. The most frustrating VRBO check in Ive ever experienced. Even though we loved the space, I would not stay here again because the check in process, and customer service was so awful.
