BLUE CHIP LOCATION!
600 metres from Williamstown Beach & a train station practically at your door taking you to the city in just 20 min, the location couldn't get any better than this! Wonderful local cafes & restaurants all within walking distance of the home with the iconic Sebastian's on the Beach restaurant just 700 metres away.
Enjoy the best of Williamstown from my 2 bedroom + 1 .5 bath townhouse ideally located and perfectly prepared with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay!
The Space:
A modern two bedroom and 1.5 bathroom townhouse with separate/private entry.
Spacious laundry room and appliances downstairs.
Master bedroom equipped with a queen bed, extra bedroom equipped with a double bed. Both prepared with fresh, crisp, hotel-grade linens for your stay.
Consumables/amenities provided:
- hair dryer/straightener
- shampoo
- conditioner
- body wash
- tea
- coffee
- cooking oil
- basic spices
Kitchen:
- fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances
- large fridge and freezer
Washing machine and dryer provided
Split system air conditioning/heating installed in all rooms
WiFi
2 Smart TVs with Netflix available
*Off street parking is available but there is also plenty of street parking available on my big, beautiful street
Stunning courtyard with outside dining area and BBQ provided
Other Things to Note:
We have wonderful neighbours.
Please keep noise down after 10 pm out of courtesy for our neighbours. The house has two other units on the block.
Please be sure to drive slowly in case of children playing.
Please never block the driveway out of courtesy for the neighbours.

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guestâs responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
