The Neighborhood:
2nd Ave lies just off the main access road in and out of Canmore. The townhouse is perfectly placed for quick access by road to hiking and skiing in Banff National Park. Within a 5 minute walk you can enjoy the amazing French pastries at Le Fournil, an incredible meal at Crazyweed Kitchen or Ankor, or grab some freshly roasted coffee to take home from Eclipse Coffee Roastery. Supermarkets are a 5-10 minute walk, and downtown Canmore with its shopping and restaurant scene is a 10-15 minute walk from the condo.
Getting Around:
Free local Roam transit is available within Canmore, with connections to Banff and Lake Louise (fares apply). Legacy Trail bike path to Banff is literally a one minute ride away. Canmore is highly walkable, with dedicated paths for both foot traffic and bikes all over town. Bikes can be rented from Gear Up, a 5 minute walk from the home.

Beautiful Condo.
This condo is very spacious beautiful and clean! We loved the three levels. Everyone got their own bedroom and bath. The common area where we all hung out was really big with lots of seating. The host was very responsive if you needed anything. Lots of good restaurants close by. It's a good location because it's not so busy. These pictures are the views around the condo. It's worth the stay.

We were in the Rockies for a family wedding and had 8 people in a multi-generational family group here. The condo was ideal, with the main floor suite perfect for our daughter and her children as it provided some separation from the rest of us on the upper levels. The 4 bathrooms were a godsend, especially when we had the bride and bridesmaids all getting ready on the morning of the wedding. Correspondence with our host was regular and timely, with both check-in and check-out procedures being painless and exactly as described. This unit was roomy, tidy, well-equipped, and perfectly suited our needs. I highly recommend this property.

Overall, the place was great! Three floors allowed enough room comfortably for 4 couples to have their own space- each having their own bathroom was a major plus! Hot tub was very nice to have after long days of hiking and having hot tub towels provided was ! The unit was very clean. The hot tub was maintained and the unit was very well appointed with everything you need (from pots and pans to dish soap and laundry sheets). We did a mix of going out to eat and cooking in and the kitchen had everything we needed to do cook. There are two sets of washing machines as well, which was a major plus! While we did have some issues due to the unit being a new build, the management company was very responsive and helped to do whatever they could. The only add to improve the place is that there isn’t enough storage in some of the bedrooms to put folded clothing. This could easily be solved by adding a dresser or some storage cubes in several of the bedrooms. When I brought it up with the management company while they couldn’t do anything about it, they did bring us some luggage racks and extra hangers. Other than that our stay was fantastic and I would highly recommend both the unit and the location to anyone.
