After enjoying the stunning natural beauty of the area, step inside the home to experience a colourful, inviting atmosphere. The sea-breeze and sounds fill the home, and the hand grown garden is the perfect spot to chill between surf and swim time. Enjoy a peaceful dip in the sparkling turquoise mineral pool, then sip your favourite drink on the balcony as you watch the glowing sun set over the mountain horizon.

The airy upstairs kitchen and living area are perfect for gathering with loved ones. Pick some fresh herbs or chillis in the garden and whip up a feast on the BBQ or large Smeg cooker. The dining nook is just right for sharing meals and stories. When it’s time to unwind, retreat to one of our three cozy bedrooms in the main house. The peaceful master suite boasts a king bed with its own ensuite and bath. Two additional bedrooms, connected by a lockable door, offer a King or two single beds and two lowline bunks to accommodate everyone comfortably.

The property features a separate studio with independent entrance, perfect for those seeking a bit of privacy. Here you’ll find modern comforts including air conditioning, a kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee maker, a tranquil bathroom and a cozy living area complete with board games and a TV for relaxing evenings. A king bed nook and a double sofa bed make it ideal for families or groups looking for extra space. Disappointing Stay Despite Great Location

We recently rented this home for a short stay and, while the location was absolutely fantastic, the condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the home was poorly maintained and not nearly as clean or functional as we expected.The photos in the listing painted a much rosier picture than reality. In person, we found several maintenance issues, including main kitchen tap was broken, dishwasher not working(including leaking), studio bathroom had a broken tap handle, main dinning room table was not functioning nor safe and overall cleanliness was clearly not a priority.It’s disappointing when a place doesn’t live up to the expectations set by its listing. With some attention and care, this could be a wonderful rental given the great neighborhood—but as it stands, we wouldn’t recommend it unless significant improvements are made.

Escape to our charming beachside retreat, only a one-minute stroll away from the sand touching your toes. This family-friendly haven is designed for relaxation, connection, and unforgettable memories of the magical Tweed Coast!

Wander to the quiet Salt Beach and catch a wave whilst humpback whales cruise by just past the break from May to October. During peak season a lifeguard patrolled area is a short walk away near the hub of Salt Village. The beautiful, smooth waters of Cudgen creek run through Kingscliff. Take your pushbike for a relaxing ride and picnic, swim in the calm, clear waters, or get active with kayaking, fishing & snorkeling.

A dawdle to our street corner promises Ocean Avenue’s delightful cafes, cozy wine bar and a delicious coffee and pizza spot. Stroll 900m along the sand or beach path to the vibrant Salt Village, with a beachside pub, shops and award-winning restaurants. Situated right between the towns of Kingscliff and Cabarita, with Casuarina shops nearby, you have supermarkets, banks and other amenities close at hand. For those looking to explore further, delight in the charm of Tweed and Byron shire’s country towns. Travel 40 minutes south to chill out in the iconic Byron Bay or head an hour north for the thrills of Seaworld, Dreamworld and Wet’N’Wild. The home is ideally located a short 15-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport and just over an hour from Brisbane.
