The Space:
Situated at the door step of the Great Ocean Road, this home in Torquay is perfect for larger groups and families.
Walk into this property as you'll take note of the high ceilings, grand staircase and light-filled space. Downstairs features multiple sitting rooms and an enormous open-plan living, dining and kitchen area which backs on to the outdoor dining space making it perfect for entertaining. The modern kitchen comes fully-equipped with all the appliances and amenities you need to get started and cook up a storm. Downstairs, you'll also find a laundry (with washing machine), bathroom and plenty of space to spread out.

The large bedrooms upstairs feature comfortable beds and ample storage. The main bedroom has a large walk-in robe, ensuite bathroom, balcony and king size bed. Two further bedrooms comprise of king size beds with the remaining two single beds. Upstairs, you'll also find a second lounge room (perfect for kids and teenagers) and shared bathroom with bath.

You will have access to the entire house. Guests will not have access to the garage.

Torquay, the first stop of the Great Ocean Road has something for everyone. Centrally located on Merrijig Drive, this house gives you access to the beach, restaurants and cafes in minutes. Explore Whites Beach and Torquay Beach by foot or head down to the Esplanade for a bite to eat or drink.

Getting Around:
Off street parking is available in the driveway or there is ample free on-street parking just outside the property. Nearby beaches, restaurants and cafes are all within walking distance, however, for ease of visiting local attractions we would recommend a car.
