The Space

Spread across a single light-filled level, this thoughtfully designed open-plan, one-bedroom apartment features modern amenities for a comfortable and cosy stay.

Please note: Access from the car park to the front door requires walking up two flights of external stairs.

Bathrooms: One modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and spacious vanity.

Living areas: A spacious three seater fold-out lounge with a Smart TV for easy streaming.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, a breakfast bar, and everything you need to dine at home.

Balcony: Private outdoor seating and dining space perfect for a peaceful morning coffee.

Linen can be provided for the fold out couch upon request. There's no additional charge, but we kindly ask for a minimum of 3 days notice for this to be supplied. The clean linen will be left in the apartment for you to make up the bed yourself.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property, which is the kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony.

Guests do not have use of the owner's cupboard near the front door.



The Neighbourhood

The home is set in a convenient and accessible neighbourhood of Frankton, Queenstown. You'll be close to lakefront walking trails, shopping centres, restaurants, and the award-winning Remarkables Park Town Centre. The Remarkables Ski Area and Jack's Point Golf Course are also just a short drive away.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: External only. 14 steps from the underground car park and another 16 steps to the front door.

Laundry: Located in the Bathroom, the unit is a washer/dryer combo.

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power.

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on.



Location: This property is located close to the main Frankton roundabout. Please note that the Queenstown Lakes District Council is currently carrying out roundabout upgrade works in the area, due for completion mid-2028, which are outside of our control. Some daytime noise is common given the property's proximity to this construction, and there may also be intermittent overnight closures (10:00 PM–6:00 AM) and lane restrictions around Kawarau Road and the BP-to-Lucas Place corridor as utility and bus infrastructure work continues. Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
