Each room has thoughtful touches to keep you comfortable, including ceiling fans in the queen rooms and a pedestal fan in the bunk room. The two bathrooms and extra toilet offer added convenience, ensuring everyone has ample space to refresh after a day on the water.

Inside, the open-plan living area is equipped with a big-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth stereo with a CD player, and a collection of books and board games, making it easy to enjoy family evenings or quiet moments. Bed Configuration (Sleeps 7 - 6 Adults and 1 Child):
Main Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Third Bedroom: Single Bed and Single/Single Bunk Bed* (Sleeps 3, *top bunk not suitable for adults)

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

100% Pet-Friendly
The property is fully fenced with 1.5m tall tube fencing. It is 100% pet-friendly and features a great grassed area with entertaining space for warm summer nights where your pooch family member can frolic and play.


Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.
