Wonderful home base for our trip to Denver! The home is lovely and spacious, and nestled in some of the most beautiful scenery in CO. The well appointed kitchen and nearby grocery stores made it easy to cook meals, which my family appreciated since we don't eat out often. Loved our stay!

The house was relatively clean and everything was easy to find. Our biggest issue was the comfortability of all the beds. We ended up having to sleeo on the couch bed because all of the beds were terribly hard and uncomfortable. TV was slow but wasn't a huge issue. Just giving honest feedback.

Family Evergreen event

The property was perfect for the 2 days we stayed, there was issue with door lock that resolve in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend this property. The kitchen allows for many people to prep meals and make drinks all at the same time. But most of all the views, location, and proximity to both Evergreen and Conifer was perfect.

Clean enough, but not very comfortable. It's dark, needs more lighting. The electric wall heaters are loud. And there is ZERO artwork in the house, except for a small religous wall piece. No couch pillows, no throw rugs, no couch blankets. Door code they gave me didnt work when I got in at 1am after a long day of traveling and working. I was pretty frustrated, but they responded that late at night within 10 min to give me an access code that worked. Very thankful for that. Location is great!!!

Our home's interior design takes a thoughtful, minimalist approach to highlight the property’s stunning architectural features: walls full of windows, dramatic vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, and the curved staircase that serves as a gallery for books, mementos, and toys from around the world. We also hope you took a moment to enjoy the breathtaking views surrounding the house. Guests are always welcome to bring blankets and pillows from the bedrooms to the living room. We are passionate about cleanliness, with all bedding and linens thoroughly washed after each stay. To maintain this standard, decorative couch pillows and throws are not provided, as this helps ensure the highest level of cleanliness for every guest.
