-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-The backyard is monitored 24/7 by video camera.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
-Please note, if you booked prior to May 28, 2025 the garage apartment is not included in your booking and access is to the main house only.
