The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, 5-burner cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and coffee pod machine. You'll enjoy year-round comfort with reverse-cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, board games, books, and a smart TV, while a laundry with awashing machine and dryer handles practical needs. Outside, an expansive deck overlooks native gardens filled with native wildlife, and the garden's calm ambience makes it feel wonderfully secluded. Parking includes space for a car and a boat trailer, and the property is strictly non-smoking with no pets allowed.
