Lovingly renovated, this Toscan-built home features crisp, neutral furnishings, and large windows that fill the space with light and fresh breezes. Upon entry, you'll find the spacious living and dining area, which is perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.
The lounge, with a 50” TV, includes a comfortable 3-seater sofa, an additional armchair and ottoman, and a Balinese seat with a side table. There’s also a split-system air-conditioning unit and free WiFi throughout the home. The dining area, with a 6-seat table, is conveniently located next to the kitchen, and a breakfast bar with stools provides extra space for socialising or casual dining. A first workstation is set up just off the dining room, near the air-conditioning, offering a fresh, dynamic work environment. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, sandwich press, and coffee machine, along with extras like Nespresso coffee pods, tea, porridge, milk, beers, and noodles—ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Sliding doors lead out to a private, tiled patio area, where you’ll find a dining table for six and a brand-new 2-burner BBQ. With a leafy outlook, it's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The laundry is conveniently located just off the back patio, with a designated washing line in a sunny spot to ensure your clothes dry quickly. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy cooking up the fish you caught at Boambee Creek!🎣
The master bedroom, with a King bed, overlooks the quiet, tree-lined street and features a floor fan, convenient phone charger, and built-in robes. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, the third has a Double, and the fourth offers a single bed with an additional workstation. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished with modern, neutral tones and feature 5-star linen and towels for your comfort.
The family bathroom includes a vanity, shower, and bathtub, with a separate toilet next door. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, and all linen is of the highest quality. A port-a-cot/mattress (no linen) is also available if required.
The laundry has a washing machine, powder, basket, and a second clothes airer for smaller items.
This lovely home is the perfect place to unwind after exploring the area, with all the comforts and extras you’ll need for a memorable stay.

Pets - Well-trained, house-trained dogs only. No cats. All pets must be declared and approved. No restricted or dangerous breeds or animals that bark excessively. A surcharge of $35 per pet per night is required to be paid directly. Any undeclared/unapproved pets will be charged at 3 times the normal rate, and we reserve the right to deduct this from your credit card or security deposit.
