Great place to stay

The house had more room then expected. Clean and lots of amenities everything needed for a short or long stay. Will stay here again.

The house was great and spacious. Lots of help from the manager and also there were lots of complimentary goodies.

It Needs a few mugs for coffee and Tea, a can opener, and face cloths. Otherwise the place was great.

This house and neighborhood were so cute, it was the perfect spot for our girls’ trip to see Lainey Wilson! There were 8 of us, and we had more than enough space for lounging around and getting ready for the concert. We loved the thoughtful extras Sean left in our gift basket. The location was super convenient too, our Uber to Rogers Centre was only about 16 and took maybe 20 minutes. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be adding this house to my favorites list and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well set up place to stay.

Perfect place for the band to lay their head.

We were doing a show at the Arden Theater in St Albert and needed a place for 5 musicians to stay after the gig. Loved that each person had their own room with the same queen bed. (The Diva got the king with the ensuite. Exquisitely outfitted with clean comfy beds sheets and pillows. There was a basket of toothbrushes and mini toothpastes that 2 of us needed as well as a basket of usb charger cables again that 2 of us needed to borrow. We didn't get to take advantage of the games room or Karaoke but certainly would've if we stayed longer. Kitchen looked great for cooking if we'd had more time. Only comment was the hot water could be set a couple of degrees hotter. The Diva had a bath after the show and tub was filled with hot water only and was lukewarm at best. The tub itself was most luxurious. Thank you igor your kind hospitality. We will definitely be back.

We were very happy with our stay. The pictures are accurate and communication with the host was quick. There was a lovely welcome basket in the kitchen which was much appreciated. My only suggestion is that occasional end tables in the living room would be handy for setting down drinks. I would not hesitate to come back. FYI, the recycling and garbage bin is in the back alley.

Good location, open concept in house, good for visiting with family, okay beds, three bathrooms but not enough towels. We booked for 12 people, there were 9 towels which were still wet in a basket. After speaking with the host more towels were delivered immediately, which we very much appreciated. We washed and dried all of the towels for our use and also rewashed and dried all but what we used the last morning. There was 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We stayed for 3 days and therefore had to purchase more toilet paper. The cleaning staff need to do a better job to ensure that the house is cleaned properly and the towels are washed and dried properly and also that there is ample toilet paper in each bathroom. We cleaned up the kitchen, including cleaning the stove top and the oven. The propane tank is also empty. We had to finish up our barbequed meal in the oven. But, in spite, of all of the issues, the house was very good. We made the best of it and enjoyed our stay. Our concerns for the Host is that he is paying cleaners that are not doing a good job. We left the house far cleaning than when we arrived.
