All bedrooms are fully zoned ducted reverse cycle airconditioning and heating and each room are equipped with a pedestal fan. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with full-length mirrors. Seperate media room/ bedroom with additional beds available on request. The main bedroom has its own ensuite and a walk-in robe. The main bathroom has a full-sized bathtub and a separate shower, separate second toilet. A washing machine, iron and ironing board is available and dryer on request . There is a fully functional kitchen, with essential amenities/equipment included. All linen, towels and bedding supplied.
Driveway and on street parking available, access to double garage not inculded.

On exit premises to be clean and tidy, all kitchen ware to be cleaned and packed away, all rubbish to be removed and placed in council bins provided. Non compliance will attract an additional cleaning fee.
