Welcome to Lees Landing, your tranquil coastal escape in the heart of Venus Bay, VIC. Ideal for families and groups, this spacious modern holiday home comfortably hosts up to 10 guests for short and long term stays.
The house features four inviting bedrooms, including a master suite with its own ensuite & WIR. Each room is designed for comfort, offering a restful retreat after days spent exploring the coast.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need—dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction cooktop and appropriate cookware, fridge, toastie-maker, Nutri Bullet, and a coffee maker—while the open‑plan living area provides a relaxed space to unwind with a fireplace and a TV.

Step outside to the breezy deck for morning coffees, sunset drinks, or a BBQ on the balcony overlooking where Tarwin River feeds into Anderson Inlet, organic farmlands, plentiful of kangaroos and birdlife. Enjoy the privacy of your own entrance and the convenience of on‑site parking (3 cars comfortably plus additional parking on Lees road at the front of the property).
As a pet-free environment, essential comforts include air conditioning and heating (all rooms), hot water, washer, dryer, iron, cloths line, and safety features like smoke detectors. The kitchen has basic pantry items, however, do not use if any allergies. As a rural property, utilities include gas bottles (hot water and BBQ), electricity, internet, water tanks and a sewage septic tank. Additional lifestyle options include: a games room under the house including a table tennis table, darts board, TV and bar fridge. A outdoor fire pit and bench seating overlooks the vast farmland with inlet views. An outdoor shower enables you to rinse off after beach visits.

Located just minutes from Venus Bay’s pristine beaches, the Bunurong Coastal Reserve, and nearby towns including Inverloch and Tarwin Lower, this home is the perfect base for beach days, river or surf fishing, bushwalks, and exploring South Gippsland. Don’t miss the Point Smythe Walking Track with its sweeping coastal views, or time a low-tide beach ride hiring E-Bikes from Venus Bay's Cruza.
Venus Bay offers a relaxed village feel (1 km walk) with a general store, café, Cavity Restaurant, and takeaway options (fish n chips, pizza, ice cream). In neighbouring Tarwin Lower (5-minute drive) you can enjoy eating, drinking and music at the Riverview Hotel, and the convenience of the local IGA. Wilsons Promontory National Park is an easy 45‑minute drive for unforgettable hikes and wildlife encounters.
