Set in a Tropical Garden and bordering a Lava Flow forest in the middle of Auckland, makes this a unique retreat where you can unwind after your long drive or flight.

This is a one room spacious open plan studio with kitchenette, sit & sleeping area and bathroom with shower/toilet/vanity

With Auckland airport (20 min. by car) Eden Park & shopping mall, cafes, restaurants and bars at walking distance it's location is very convenient

Fully furnished with a queen bed and shelving for storage, comprising a sitting area with private garden outlook, large dining table & kitchenette and bathroom. With 1 Queen bed we can accommodate a couple and a baby (porta cot) or child (floor mattress) in the space

Due to council regulations the space is not set up for cooking meals but you can make breakfast, lunch and reheat dinner in the kitchenette as it has an under bench fridge and microwave. Across the road, 2 min walk, you will find a supermarket & culturally divers foodcourt with lots of breakfast/lunch/dinner options.

We supply all basic kitchen staples such as coffee & tea and some condiments. Continental breakfast and your shopping requirements can be arranged on request for a fee.

The open plan studio is bordering a lava flow forest providing much needed coolness on a hot summer day. The space can become quite warm in the afternoon but you can open sliding doors for good airflow. You probably will be sight seeing Auckland or enjoying the beach during the day anyway.
