You will receive the key collection link and PIN 1–2 days prior to arrival. We kindly recommend planning your check-in route in advance to ensure a smooth arrival, especially if you are traveling with luggage.



If you prefer additional assistance during check-in, in-person support can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to prior request and availability.



Should off-site key collection be a concern for your stay preferences, you may wish to consider a property that offers on-site key access or direct entry.

Extra bedding:

Our apartment accommodates up to 6 guests, with 2 of the sleeping arrangements provided on a comfortable sofa bed due to limited bed availability (1 queen, 2 double). There is an additional $45 fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay! For last-minute bookings, using the sofa bed may incur an additional linen delivery fee.



Last minute same day booking:

There might be a delayed check in if you book the same day to arrive, so we can prepare the place properly and comfortably for your stay.



Early Check-in & Late Checkout:

To confirm availability, please message us at least 2 days in advance. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and depends on whether there are same-day guest check-ins or checkouts. Additional fees may apply.



Key Collection Information:

Please note that we operate with a KeyNest point for secure and convenient key collection. Guests are required to collect the keys from a nearby KeyNest location before heading to the property.

Note: The KeyNest location is 4 min walk from the property, and full instructions will be sent prior to your arrival.

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean, beds comfortable, fluffy pillows & doona, extra doonas if needed. Shower was hot & great pressure. Washing machine & dryer were great & detergent was available. Enough room for 5 of us for the week. Location excellent.

The room was not clean. The AirConditioner doesnt work. The pool is shut.All that aside. It is a great location for a Melbourne visit. We couldnt stay in the room during the day as the AC is broken and the host knew about it. Had to let a technician in to look at AC at 730pm. Also asked me to let them in again at 830 to 10 pm the next night. If they had of communicated that the pool was shut and the AC was faulty, we would have had a chance of re booking. Also the room was not clean at all.

Well located unit with a nice view and handy to walk to everything in Melbourne CBD. Pool was nice but there is no longer a sauna. The apartment was superficially clean but very dusty under beds and on skirting boards

Lovely apartment with everything we needed in house (ok
the internet/wifi was a bit slow, but that’s just a small quibble as I had my teenage boys with me!). Quiet, clean and with the most magnificent view imaginable from the 42nd floor. The pool and gym were perfect and never crowded and being in the heart of the city makes everything convenient and accessible via foot or public transport. The beds were comfortable and linen, towels all fluffy and clean. Our hosts were very responsive and the check in and out procedures were easy and well mapped out in excellent email communications. Definitely happy to recommend a stay here.
