There is an additional $45 fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay! For last-minute bookings, using the sofa bed may incur an additional linen delivery fee.

Last minute same day booking:
There might be a delayed check in if you book the same day to arrive, so we can prepare the place properly and comfortably for your stay.

Early Check-in & Late Checkout:
To confirm availability, please message us at least 2 days in advance. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and depends on whether there are same-day guest check-ins or checkouts. Additional fees may apply.

Key Collection Information:
Please note that we operate with a KeyNest point for secure and convenient key collection. Guests are required to collect the keys from a nearby KeyNest location before heading to the property.
