Updated and Redecorated for 2024 Season!

Beautiful sound side golf community away from much of the hustle and bustle of the Outer Banks yet only minutes away from great restaurants, shopping , fishing, site seeing and wedding venues on Manteo.

Ground Level: This level offers ample parking, enclosed outside shower, storage room and charcoal grill

Mid Level: This level offers an open floor plan with large Master bedroom with King bed, TV and full private bath. There is also a well equipped Kitchen and Great room with 65" TV and queen sleeper sofa. Access to the rear deck with hot tub (in season) is from this level. The washer and dryer are located on this level along with a half bath.

Top Level: This level offers 3 additional bedrooms, two bedrooms with queen beds and TV and one bedroom with two single beds (may be slid together to form King). A full bath is also on this level.

Walk, bike, drive or take the complimentary shuttle service to the beach only 0.25 miles away.
Wonderful sunsets views can be experienced at 2 private sound side parks, a short walk away.
Free shuttle service to private beach access is just a phone call away.

Beautiful and convenient. Owner called to make sure we were all good. He was so nice and helpful. Would love to stay there again. Oh and the pool at the beach club was amazing.

Great Beach Vacation Cottage!

The vacation cottage was exactly as listed. The place was very clean, easy walk to beach, great clubhouse access, and easy check-in process. Couldn’t ask for better for a family summer beach vacation!

Great location!

Absolutely loved our stay! Close to the beach, Jeanette's Pier, shopping, and food. David was helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay - second time renter

We had a wonderful stay again! Location is so convenient to the beach/pool groceries, and local attractions. House was clean and kitchen had all of the supplies anyone could ever need. Would highly recommend!

Best Stay Ever

This was the best house we have ever stayed at. It was immaculate. The house had everything we needed and more. The beach club and pool were very close as well as the grocery store and restaurants which were amazing. Cant wait to go back!

Great vacation spot

Friends and I had rented this place for a couple days stay, and we had a great time. The location worked out well being close to the beach, stores, bars, etc. The house was more than spacious enough for everyone. The owner was quick to respond to any questions/issues we had. I definitely recommend this house to big groups coming in for a vacation.

Wonderful stay with beach and pool access

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was very helpful and accessible for any questions. The property was very clean and comfortable - fully stocked kitchen, laundry, deck with hot tub, easy access to a pool with attached beach access. Would highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

Reunion Trip Success

This property is in a great neighborhood. The beach is a shorter walk than expected, with reliable and safe methods to cross the highway and easy parking access. It is close to lots of stores and activities. The property manager is extremely friendly and hospitable! Great stay.

Clean and Spacious

Very nice home in a great location. Very spacious. The house had everything we could possibly need and fit our large family perfectly. It was clean and the owner was very friendly. Highly recommend and hope to come back soon!

Clean House & Friendly Property Owner

We had a great experience staying at Swell With My Soul. It’s a clean house in a quiet neighborhood. The property owner is friendly and available should any issues arise. We would definitely recommend this house to other families looking for a quiet get away in Nags Head.

Great stay!

We had a great end-of-the-summer stay! The house was exactly as expected, and fit us perfectly. The location is great - near a ton of great restaurants and activities, and a short walk to the beach. We took full advantage of the bikes and beach supplies provided, and had a great time. The host was also great in communicating - responding almost immediately to all of our questions. Thanks again, and we'll definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

I can’t recommend this place enough. The communication throughout was great. David, the owner, was very conscientious and detail oriented. The house itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. They even shared their beach chairs. I would rent this again every year if I could.

Family beach vacation

The property was exactly as described. There was plenty of room for my family of 6 adults. The hot tub was amazing as was the beach and pool at the beach club. David was easy to reach when we needed to rectify a minor issue and the issue was taken care of promptly. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again if we return to the Outer Banks

Great Location! Great House!

We loved staying in this house. We loved this location--close enough to the main parts of town for those activities but a far enough away to fill less busy and more relaxing. We loved being able to use the pool at the club and enjoyed using the hot tub each night. We would definitely stay here again. My children ages 12, 9, 6 and 7 months felt right at home here. Dave was excellent in his communications and genuine his desire to make everything just right and perfect for our stay. I would highly recommend this place.

Beach House

Wonderful beach cottage, well maintained. Although you have to cross a busy street to get to the beach, there is a light at the crosswalk. You can also drive one car to the pool and beach access or walk (just 5-10 minutes). The pool is a great plus if you have little ones. Hot tub is great. Quick response from owner as needed. The beds varied in comfort level but were all reasonable.

Excellent Nagshead Vacation Spot!

Everything about this super clean home was fantastic, including David the host! We had plenty of space for our 2 families of four! Loved the beautiful, quiet Village at Nagshead neighborhood, including beach access & pool. So great to have beach chairs & bikes available so we didnt have to bring our own! And the extra refrigerator in the carport storage area made it so easy to pack up & go every day!! David is an excellent host - checked in to see how things were going and very responsive to questions. Highly recommend this cottage!

Outstanding Rental Property as Advertised

The property was outstanding and deserved the great reviews it has received. It was clean, everything worked well including the hot tub, and the bicycles, beach towels, beach toys, games, etc. were as advertised. We had a slight issue with the linen for one of the beds which was promptly resolved by David. The air conditioning for the unit worked well as did the washer and dryer. Location is excellent with Food Lion for groceries within one mile and outlet mall just over one mile. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and secure. No complaints from us.

Beautiful, clean property

We had a lovely stay at David’s property. He has a very neat and clean property. The kitchen is stocked very nicely, and made cooking and meals very easy at the house. Linens are provided and are in good condition. Beds were comfy with LOTS of pillows- not all have pillow cases though- so toss a few in your bag! Towels are provided and are also nice, but minimal numbers, if you have children or plan to use the kitchen frequently if would be beneficial to take a few with you. Also, just for clarity- take your own beach towels. David has some games, puzzles and books and TVs in all rooms that use ROKU boxes which was very nice. It really is a well stocked and lovely house. He even had hand soap supplied in all the bathrooms and enough of the basics like a couple dishwasher soaps that you didn’t have to immediately run out to a store if you forgot anything basic. The hot tub is lovely and clean and the family enjoyed frequently. Unfortunately, at no fault of David’s, the club that provides the shuttle, pool and beach access decided to close unexpectedly and only open on the weekends, so we only had access to these perks on Saturday/Sunday. Unfortunate as there were red flags on the beach most days due to rough seas. (The beach was accessible all week if you walked or drove down yourself. ) We did find that it was an easier walk to the beach from the public access a block down than through the clubs access because we had small children and there is a significant walk in loose sand to go by way of the club. This is probably shorter if you could have gone through the club or pool area though. All in all a very nice home, well equipped with an attentive host. Don’t hesitate to book!

Birthdays

The place was exactly as pictured. It was perfect for my family of 8 adults. Perfect location for shopping, restaurants, beach and pool. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was outfitted. Communication with David was fast and easy. Would definitely recommend this location.
