Located 200 feet from the water, our home is ideal for families, friends, or couples looking for a cozy haven with all the comforts of home. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this property comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. Our home is located steps away from Rochon Sands Provincial Park which has a boat launch. In the winter, enjoy world-class ice fishing and an ice skating rink just steps from your door. When summer arrives, take advantage of endless lake activities like swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and more.

The Space:
4 bedrooms:
2 Queen Bedrooms – Comfortable and serene for a great night’s sleep.
1 Double Bedroom – Perfect for additional guests or kids.
1 King Master Suite – Features an ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy and jetted bathtub.
One main bathroom with bathtub and shower.
A fully equipped kitchen with a pantry and plenty of storage. Oil and spices included. Whatever is in the pantry and cupboards is for your use.
Open concept living and dining area with large windows and skylights.
A large deck and BBQ.
Parking: Five parking spaces available.
RV-Friendly: Bring your RV! The property offers a dedicated space with full hookups for added convenience (additional fees will apply).
Guest access
The entire house is accessible other than the two sheds and the garage. The laundry facilities will be available to guests who rent for 5 days or longer. There will be no laundry services for weekend rentals.
Other things to note
Please use water sparingly as we have a holding tank. Run water only as necessary! We live by the rule ... if it is yellow let it mellow and if it is brown, flush it down. ;)

Bring your own firewood or purchase firewood in the provincial park less than 3 minutes away (open during summer only).
All items in the cupboards are there for you to use.

We have free WIFI and Apple TV. Please know that it can be a little unpredictable and is not as smooth as internet in major centres. It generally will work to stream TV over WIFI but rarely, sometimes it doesn't.
We also have a DVD player with DVDs

Additional housekeeping services are available for stays of five days or more.
