Beautiful historic property in the heart of charming Advocate Harbour with views of Cape Chignecto and Cape d'Or and self-serve breakfast included. The bright sunny home with its big bay windows has been renovated with attention to detail and offers all amenities, including a small kitchenette and a shared living room. It is situated in a quiet and picturesque rural area close to the ocean. This is our base for NovaShores Adventures' kayaking trips to the stunning Three Sisters and we are close to the hiking trails of Cape Chignecto Provincial Park.

Sunny rooms with sweeping views over the coastal landscape will delight you. Enjoy sitting under the old trees in the front yard, stroll the surrounding countryside, or take a short drive or longer walk to the beaches. Then retire for the night on air-dried, sun-kissed linen.

A complimentary self-serve breakfast is included with every stay. Enjoy a selection of homemade breakfast items, including fresh buns, granola, and mini egg bites, along with fruit, organic fair trade locally roasted coffee, tea, milk, creamer, and a variety of jams and spreads. Breakfast is available for you to enjoy at your own pace in the shared kitchenette. The kitchenette comes with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The nearby store opens at 7 am and has a little cafe area should you prefer to go out to grab breakfast.

The guest rooms are located up a staircase with hand rail.
