Unique island rental in Stanhope,PEI

Welcome to “Serenity Place” located in Stanhope, PEI, on the Northshore. Just outside the National park. Five minute walk to the famous Covehead lighthouse along with my favorite beach “Stanhope Cape”, with rich red sand. PLEASE NOTE Your living space is IN MY HOME on the second level. Your space has two large rooms bedroom and sitting room along with a new powder room (toilet and sink) in the unit. Shower is shared with one other person(myself) in the main bath. well appointed and colourful.
On quiet evenings you might just hear the waves of the ocean breeze and the smell of the salty air while sitting around the campfire on my property.

My home sits on my one acre lot, completely run on solar power.

Extra twin blowup bed available for an extra charge.

You will need a car as there is no public transit.

Please note there is no smoking of any kind in the unit.

Serenity place is now licensed through tourism PEI. ALL AMERICANS are welcome here.

Penny has the cutest place really just a short walk from the beach and we just adored her has a host so helpfull and generous !Try the Fire and Ice jam her friend makes it is delicious ! I loved everything and you should try also this beach and seafood vacation !

Penny is a fantastic host. She was very welcoming, helpful and happy to provide advice on things to do in the area. Our favorite part of the unit was the 7 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay at Penny’s place. Beautiful property and a quick walk to one of the most beautiful beaches! My sister and 15 year old nephew shared the room. We didn’t have lots of space, but we had everything we needed and the bed was great, we didn’t spend lots of time inside so it was perfect for us. We woulddefinitely visit again. Penny was a lovely host and our kind of people!

Very nice host and neighbourhood. Cute room, nicely decorated and included lots of thoughtful extras. The one item that we were least fond of was that the shower was shared with the host but it was close to the room.

We had an overall very good experience and our host was very generous with access to shared spaces. We could check-in early, wifi was good snd access to beach area on bike was easy. We did find it cumbersome with the 3 steps up to the bed area a bit tricky especially at night. The kettle tripped the power but it was fixed promptly. The bed was a bit soft for two people.

I have been on the island for 30 years now I raised my kids here in Stanhope Prince Edward Island. I enjoy being a 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach to the bay as I enjoy paddleboard and kayaking. What I want you to know about me is I’m a very easy-going independent Person who loves meeting new people and making them smile.

I have two cats in the home Macy and Charlie.

I love Stanhope. I’ve been here for a number of years. My mom and dad used to run Sandpiper cottages and suites that is just around the corner from my home. After retiring from running the cottages, I missed hosting people and this is why I decided to do an Airbnb in my home.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

What makes my property unique is that I am 5 to 7 minute walk to Stanhope Cape Beach, which is a long side the famous COVEHEAD lighthouse.

Richard’s deep sea, and the original Richard‘s fish and chips at COVEHEAD Harbor. Is also a short walk or a quick car ride. Beautiful sunsets along with a Is also a short walk or a quick car ride. Beautiful sunsets along with an ocean breeze. When sitting outside in the summer around the campfire, if you listen, and the wind is going the right direction, you will hear the ocean.
