Main level has a great room, cook's kitchen, master bedroom with en suite, and a 2nd bedroom with a bathroom. Lower level includes a bar/ kitchenette, a living/ game area, golf simulator room (clubs provided), and a 3rd bedroom with bathroom. You will find fireplaces in the great room, all bedrooms, and in the lower level. This bluff-side lot is walkable, and the outdoor space is stunning, regardless of the season! Guests have access to the garage, which includes a Tesla charger if needed!

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Home Truths:
There is no direct water access on the property. The home is located on a bluff overlooking the bay. No Boat or Trailer parking is allowed on the property. No Exceptions. There is a public park and boat landing at George K Pinney County Park just a 5 minute drive away.

This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.
