The villa opens onto a terrace with a three-seater outdoor lounge and outdoor dining area.

A fully-equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine, makes self catering a breeze.

Rooms.
There are three bedrooms in the villa. The master is enormous, with a king bed, ensuite, double bath, private balcony, TV, DVD, walk-in robe and water views. The second upstairs bedroom also has a king bed, private balcony, ensuite, views, TV and DVD. The third bedroom (downstairs) has king singles which can become a king, as well as a walk-in robe, ensuite, TV and DVD.

Pool.
La Bella Waters has a private complex pool for guests only.

Location.
Located on the tranquil northern end of the island, it is just a short buggy ride to all of the island's key attractions.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
