Fully air-conditioned, it includes a spacious living area that opens onto a furnished balcony, where you can enjoy the tropical sea breeze. There is also a spa in the main bathroom.

Location.
On the Marina side of the island, you're just a short buggy ride to all the shops, restaurants and cafes on Front Street, including the renowned Hamilton Island Yacht Club.

Outdoor space.
Relax on your unique indoor/outdoor BBQ entertaining area, which has an outdoor dining setting for six people. This enclosed area includes plantation shutters that you can close in cooler weather, or open right up in warmer weather to let in the sea breeze.

Family-friendly.
Flowing over one level, and with two spacious bedrooms, this apartment is ideal for a family. There are fifteen steps up to the front door.

Pool.
Guests have access to the shared Oasis lagoon pool.

This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free

Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
