Relax on your private wrap-around balcony with 180 degree views from the marina down Dent passage. Retractable sunshade blinds to ensure you enjoy the outdoors regardless of the weather.

Flowing over one level, and with three spacious bedrooms, this apartment is ideal for families. There are 15 steps up to the front entrance.

This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
