Located just off Pioneer Trail, this home sits in a quiet neighborhood nestled between Cold Creek and Trout Creek. Several popular trailheads are nearby, with access to hiking and mountain bicycling at all levels. Popular restaurants can be found within a 10-minute drive at both the "Y" (where HWY 50 and Emerald Bay Rd. meet) and at Stateline, where you can also try your luck at the casinos. Stateline is also home to many year-round attractions, family activities, and shopping. The Heavenly Gondola operates year-round for skiing and summer mountain activities like zip lining and an on-mountain roller coaster. Several popular beaches are all within a 15-minute drive, including Pope Beach, El Dorado Beach (with a great summer music series), and Thomas F. Regan Memorial City Beach.

Home was in excellent condition and exceeded our needs. Everything was organized and in order. Host was very accommodating and friendly. We stayed in the winter time and the backyard had a hill we were able to go sledding on. There was also a golf course close by that offered snow mobiling, and stores and restaurants that were nearby. We would love to come back and stay at this home during the summer months.

Great place for 6 people. Perfect location. The house is well stocked for cooking. All the beds are comfortable. No one is very close . The outdoor space is fabulous. The garage with 2 parking spots is an added bonus.

The house is nice and big. There are plenty of beds for everyone, but they are full size beds and the mattresses dip into the middle. There are 3 places to sit outside, however 2 of the areas have dirty seat cushions. There’s a game room and Roku tv access. The neighbors across the street did not keep to the quiet hours. Overall, the house is nice and location is great.

This is a solid 3 bedroom home with a nice outdoor area and a very nice washer and drier. My only complaints are that (1) it's a bit far from everything especially if you're planning on using uber, and (2) the ironing board and the iron itself on the second floor need replacing. You can't even set the temperature on the iron so good luck to your clothes. Lastly, the 10am checkout is crazy. Nobody wants to wake up super early on vacation. I stayed at a Reno hotel for my first night and checkout was at 12pm. If you don't mind waking up early on vacation, it's a very nice place.
