Panoramic Oceanfront Condo w/ Balcony & Pool – Walk to Boardwalk Fun!
This beautiful fifth-floor efficiency efficiency condo has a balcony with ocean and boardwalk views. Features assigned parking space as well as a swimming pool on site. The nicely decorated condo offers spectacular panoramic oceanfront views which also can be enjoyed from inside this lovely unit. One week minimum for all rentals.
Bedroom 1: 1 King
Living Area: Sofabed
Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.
Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase.
Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
