* PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

- Linen is NOT supplied at this property. You will need bring your own linen including towels. Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba or Coastal Cleaning Services.
- We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.

Upstairs, you"ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a newly renovated ensuite for your privacy and relaxation. The other two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds, and with the provided tools, they can easily be combined to create a king-sized bed. The main bathroom is also newly renovated, ensuring a fresh and modern space.

The living areas and all bedrooms are air-conditioned, guaranteeing year-round comfort. Step outside onto the large back deck, where you can relax and take in the view of the lush, landscaped garden. Equipped with a table, chairs, and a BBQ, it"s the ideal spot to enjoy meals or simply unwind in the fresh air.

For added convenience, the property features wifi throughout, ensuring you stay connected. Downstairs, there is a self-contained bedroom with an ensuite and kitchenette, offering extra privacy and flexibility for guests.
