Fountain Point - Shepherd Cottage

First established in 1889, Fountain Point is a timeless American summer resort located on the shores of Lake Leelanau in Northern Michigan. We have 19 family-style cottages and a 14 bedroom hotel. The hotel includes a sweeping front porch that offers shaded lakeside views, as well as a parlor game room with activities for guests to borrow. There are no TVs, no air conditioning, and very limited WiFi. If you are looking for a place to truly unplug and unwind with your family and friends, you will find it here.
The Shepherd Cottage has a lovely view of the grounds and the lake. It is a three bedroom cottage with a master queen bedroom and a private bath, as well as two additional rooms containing two twins and a king bed, which share a bathroom. There is a large living room connected to a well-equipped kitchen and eating area. Sleeps 6 people, and has its own gas grill, picnic table, and chaise lounges outside.
