Perfect family location

Chestnut Hill was the perfect location for family from different states to reunite back in our hometown. The home was charming, comfortable, and exceptionally stocked to relax, cook, host, and enjoy each other’s company. We were happy to find the place and would absolutely stay again!

A wonderful home. Everything was clean and the home was so welcoming. There was plenty of space to accomodate 7 people and the home was well stocked. We had a wonderful visit!

Our family has rented this home three times over the last year thanks to its wonderfully welcoming atmosphere and comfortable amenities. This particular trip found us in the middle of a winter storm. The maintenance crew was prompt in coming to snow blow the driveway and all walkways, making sure everyone in the party stayed safe. Thank you again, Chestnut Hill! We will be back!

This home spoils their guests!

What a perfect home for our stay! We spent alot of time on the beautiful porch. This was the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen, and loved the generous Welcome basket with treats and even a bottle of wine! We felt spoiled! The home is older and charming, I just love all that woodwork. Bedrooms were cozy, beds were comfy and the entire house was spotless. I was happy about the size of the driveway and off street parking. There was even baskets of children's books and stuffed bears for children to choose one and take home for the ride, how thoughtful. We enjoyed the splash pad nearby, had a meal at Touchdown Bar and Grill and also went for a nice walk around the quarry while staying. Atlantic is such a nice town. We plan on returning to this home. Everything about our stay was great!

I stayed at this charming Atlantic, Iowa vacation rental from July 12 to August 1, 2025, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience!
