Hello Raylene, Thank you for taking the time to submit this review. I am truly sorry that the lawn maintenance was so far behind schedule. We had an influx of Spring storms over several days and weeks before your arrival, these storms really fed the landscapes across the county. As a small mountain town, we are limited by the availability and accessibility of our local contractors. Unfortunately, they were inundated with lawn care and debris cleanup, which caused them to run very behind on their scheduled properties. We were under the impression that the spa and the patio were accessible; they just needed to be swept off. We did not know based on your texts that the spa was filthy and the patio was unusable. I am glad you enjoyed the home and the furnishings, but we are truly sorry the outdoor areas were disappointing. We pride ourselves on being 5-star Super Hosts with numerous repeat guests across 75 homes in the Pagosa Springs area. To conclude, we now have several of our own private lawn care contractors, and we do not foresee this happening in the future, storms or no storms!
