During the summer, you can reach the island by boat in approximately 20 minutes, making it easy to enjoy Hecla's marina, beaches, hiking trails, golf course, restaurants, and other attractions.

In winter, when ice conditions are safe, snowmobilers can travel directly across the frozen lake to Hecla instead of taking the longer drive around. This unique location makes our cabin an excellent base for boating, fishing, snowmobiling, and year-round outdoor adventures throughout Manitoba's beautiful Interlake region.
