This was an excellent venue. The accommodation had almost everything we needed for our stay (measuring cups ). The host was very helpful and accessible. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely time at Tamarack way! Not only was the property spotless, but the host has a keen attention to detail when it comes to making the space welcoming. We stayed a week and throughly enjoyed the sunroom, beach and fire pit. We particularly enjoyed swimming at the private lake access on the property. Would definitely stay again!

A beautiful cottage on a well treed lot that felt quite private. Right on the water with lots of extra features like the kayak and games. I would definitely book again.

Great place and very private. Excellent place to relax and unwind. We would book again. Instructions to get there was a bit misleading and don’t enter Hecla the. You’ve gone to far.

Overall our stay here was adequate and there were certainly very nice aspects to it. That being said though, we would not return.Pros: The view from the deck and sunroom was beautiful. We spent most of our time in there. We also really enjoyed having access to the kayak and private beach. Cons.Overall things were fairly clean but we did find a lot of dog hair around that hadn't been cleaned before our arrival. The dscription of the bedrooms was also not accurate. The beds are only a double, not queen, like it states. They said that towels were provided, which was true, but they were limited. We were only provided with 2 face towels for 6 people (staying for 7 days), and a limited number of kitchen wash cloths/towels. When we arrived there were also wet towels folded up ready to be used. It appeared they had been sitting damp for awhile as there was an odor to them. We found ourselves having to "ration" towels during our stay.It also states in the description that toilet paper is provided. We were given some, but when we ran out the host told us we were have to buy any replacement items we needed. If we had been aware of this we would have packed appropriately. The general store in the park did not have any so we had to drive out to Riverton which was a bit inconvenient while we were on vacation.There also were only 5 kitchen chairs, again, for 6 of us. There was another chair in the living room, but this one was broken and simply only good as decor.

As our cabin is pet-friendly, we take care to clean thoroughly between guests, although we cannot guarantee that an occasional pet hair will never be found. Regarding the towels, as soon as you contacted us, our cleaner came to the cabin and provided additional clean towels. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we could address it during your stay. We provide a starter supply of toilet paper and other basic essentials. Our cabin is a self-catering vacation rental, and for longer stays, guests should plan to bring or purchase any additional consumable supplies they may need during their visit. All amenities and supplies provided at the cabin are described in detail in our Vrbo listing, and we encourage guests to review the listing before arrival so they know what is provided and can plan accordingly. We would also like to clarify that the cabin provides seating for six guests. We appreciate your feedback and will continue using guest comments to help us provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.

We had a lovely stay!The sunroom with the lake view was our favorite place to be, as well as the deck when it wasn't too hot.The host provided pretty much everything you could need to have a great stay!We would definitely consider going back!
