The house was clean, neat, and very comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything felt well kept and organized, which made the stay even more relaxing. One of the best parts was the spacious outdoor area, which was especially great for families with children. It gave everyone more room to enjoy the trip and made the whole experience feel more fun and comfortable. We had a wonderful time here, and it was a nice place to unwind, get some rest, and enjoy a peaceful change of scenery. Overall, it felt cozy, welcoming, and easy to feel at home.

I have a list of pros and cons for this home and stay. 1st the pros. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was fairly clean, spacious with a nice back deck. I did like having access to park in the garage. The cons started when we requested early check-in. We reached out a day or so before check-in and did not get a respond until almost 12hrs later. The host stated there is a 75 fee for early check-in and to send it via Zelle or Cash App. That seemed a bit sketchy so we declined. Then the host said they would waive the fee if we made a deal to leave a 5-star review....BEFORE even stepping foot in the house. Once we arrived we noticed dirty socks and trash inbetween the washer and dryer, dirty plastic fork in the kitchen sink garage disposal, bottom of the toilets with yellow residue and the towels didn't seem very clean. We washed all towels and linen before using. There was also roaches spotted around the dishwasher, kitchen floor and master bathroom that we had to go and get bug spray for. Unfortunately we will never book here again and it definitely wasnt worth a waived 75 early check in deal.

From the Owner: We appreciate that you mentioned that you enjoyed the nice and quiet neighborhood, and that you found everything fairly clean. However, your review mentions a few things that we find rather hard to believe. The house is thoroughly cleaned by professionals who do a great cleaning job. They ensure that all linens and towels are clean and take the time to thoroughly sweep and mop all floors. Regarding the early check-in, it is an extra expense, but it's determined by the time that you want to arrive or depart. We hope that you understand this is a business, and we feel it is only fair.
