The large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room spills out onto a timber deck on one side where you'll find the sauna set amongst the trees and say g'day to a sun soaked water dragon lizard or 2. The bifold doors on the other side of the living room create a beautiful flow through, opening up to a lush courtyard. Now and again a king parrot flies through.

Enjoy sumptuous meals prepared in the master chef kitchen while you listen to some tunes on our Urban Ears bluetooth sound system. Whether its warm or cool, the solar powered reverse cycle air-conditioning has you enjoying your ideal temperature.

And if that’s not enough you’re just up the road from some of the most dramatic and beautiful coastline in all of Australia with world class surf breaks and beautiful rock pools. Or head up into the escarpment for stunning subtropical rainforest and bush walks.

Surf one of the best south coast breaks, Sandon Point, swim in any of the beaches or ocean pools along this coastal paradise. And if you like to snorkel or dive there are great options too. Walk to the famous Sublime Point or hike the Wodi Wodi tropical bush track or simply stroll from beach to beach. Bring your bicycle and take advantage a fabulous coastal bike track that hugs the coastline from Thirroul as you cruise down to the Gong, taking in the sights as you go.
